What you'll do
Indulge your inner artist and celebrate the beautiful native flowers of Australia with this magnificent painting class with Senoritas' Art Workshop.
Not only will you be experimenting with the art supplies, but you'll also paint your way right up until a delicious Paella lunch and enjoy a break to sip on some Sangria. There will even be some classic Latin tunes to set the mood.
In this beginner-friendly art class, you'll get plenty of step-by-step guidance on how to create this dramatic painting "Protea Passion". Start with drawing the outline, build the flowers with layers of colour using heavy-bodied acrylic paint and create texture using a palette knife.
There will be some hands-on experience with mixing colours to create depth with light and shade. Once you're done, you'll have your very own "Protea Passion" artwork to display in your home and admire.
Please note: You have the option to turn your finished artwork into a greeting card with your name on the back of each card. Please contact your teacher for pricing.

The Senoritas' Art Workshop started in 2019 when Nikki Carter invited 5 friends to come to a full day workshop who had never painted. They all painted amazing paintings and proved that all you need is an Art Guide or Instructor to help you with each step of the painting and someone to help make you brave! Nikki paints every day, working with students and commissions, her passion for painting, colour and fun inspires first-time painters. Nikki finds that astonishing results are achieved from people that don't think they can draw or paint!
