While every care is taken, occasional issues such as cracking, warping, bubbling, glaze defects, or breakage can occur during the ceramic process.Please note that pottery outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Minor imperfections and variations are part of the handmade nature of ceramics.If a piece is damaged or lost during the studio process, Mois Art Studio may offer one of the following:

• A replacement pottery item of similar value;
• An opportunity to recreate a similar piece;
• Studio credit equivalent to the value of the pottery item.

Any remedy is limited to the value of the pottery piece itself and does not include workshop fees or sentimental value.By booking this workshop, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with the ceramic-making process. Mois Art Studio cannot guarantee the final outcome of any ceramic piece. Participation in the workshop constitutes acceptance of these risks as part of the ceramic- making process.

Please note: Public dates for this class require at least 4 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we may cancel the session; if that happens, we'll inform you and let you choose between a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class.
