This workshop is for Queer, Lesbian, Sapphic, and Neurodivergent individuals who crave a gentle, nurturing space to shed the masks they've worn for survival and societal expectations and come home to themselves.
Here, you can soften into your body, feeling safe to explore your authentic self without judgement or pressure. It’s a container designed to honour your unique neurodivergent wiring and queer identity, where you can connect deeply with others who share similar lived experiences. Together, we’ll cultivate connection, compassion, and embodiment through practices that invite vulnerability, connection, presence, and radical acceptance.
Whether you’re seeking healing, community, or a deeper relationship with your body and identity, this space welcomes you exactly as you are.
The theme for this workshop will be: Flow
This is FOR you if:
  • You’re queer, lesbian, or sapphic and neurodivergent and are craving a space where you don’t have to mask or explain yourself.
  • You feel disconnected from your body or long for a deeper sense of safety and ease within it.
  • You’re tired of trying to fit into spaces that aren’t designed for your sensitivity, identity, or way of being.
  • You want to explore who you are beneath the layers of shame, expectation, or survival patterns.
  • You’re seeking gentle, nervous system-friendly practices that support grounding and presence.
  • You long for an authentic connection with others who get it, who share similar lived experiences.
  • You’re ready to meet yourself with more compassion, softness, and acceptance.
This is NOT for you if:
  • You’re a CIS man or identify as neurotypical.
  • You’re looking for a fast-paced, high-energy space or a goal-oriented space.
  • You’re uncomfortable with exploring embodiment, emotion, or gentle ritual in a group setting.
  • You’re not open to being in community with queer and neurodivergent folks, or you’re seeking a space focused on mainstream personal development.
  • You prefer spaces with a lot of structure, rules, or rigid frameworks over fluid, responsive facilitation.
  • You’re looking for clinical therapy or medical advice; this circle offers somatic, sensory, and community-based support, not treatment.
What's Included:
  • A Cacao Ceremony to support grounding, heart-opening, and connection.
  • Community Connection with queer and neurodivergent souls who share similar lived experiences.
  • Somatic and Sensory Practices to invite presence, safety, and embodiment.
  • Guided Journaling Prompts for reflection, integration, and self-discovery.
  • Nervous System-Friendly Grounding Tools to help you regulate and soothe in the moment.
  • Ritual Elements and Soft Structure that honour both individual and collective experience.
  • A Nurturing, Non-Judgmental Space where you are welcome exactly as you are.
Meet your Facilitator:
My name is Caitlin Rose, and I’m a Queer Somatic Guide devoted to supporting neurodivergent and queer souls to unmask, soften, and come home to themselves because I believe true liberation begins in the body through gentleness and deep listening.
With over three years as a somatic coach, four years running connection-focused events, professional experience in disability support work, and my own lived journey as a neurodivergent person, I help you build safety, connection, and trust from within.
If you’re longing to feel at home in your body, unlearn the need to mask, and embrace your sensitivity and queerness, my work is here for you so we can unmask, unravel, and create a space where you truly belong.

FAQ

Is this event and venue fully accessible?
The venue is fully accessible! The event will incorporate elements of movement and body connection. If this is something that is not accessible for you, then I will do my best to offer alternative practices, or you are welcome to do whatever feels best for you and your body :)
What if I don't want to participate in something?
Then you get to honour that! I am all about honouring your body and your capacity, so if something doesn't feel good for you, then you absolutely get to honour that.
I am self-diagnosed neurodivergent, can I still attend?
YES! I am also self-diagnosed, and I know that there is sooooo much stigma around this. I see you, and I know you know yourself better than anyone else, so you are absolutely welcome to attend :)
