This is a slow, nourishing sound bath experience designed to help you switch off and fully relax. You’ll be guided through gentle movement and simple breathing, followed by an immersive sound experience using Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, handpan, and chimes. The soft vibrations help release tension in the body and allow the mind to settle into a calm, restful state.

The space:
A small, intimate class (max four people) held in our cosy Richmond studio, warm, grounded, and softly scented to help you feel comfortable and relaxed.
What you'll get
  • The chance to explore and play healing instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, handpan, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments.
  • Record your own healing sound to take home, so you can meditate and unwind with it anytime after the class. Recording tools will be provided.
Knowledge required
Suitable for everyone; no experience needed.
What to bring
Just yourself. Mats, blankets, pillows, and eye masks are all provided.

Street parking is available. It's a 5-minute walk from tram 48/75, and a 10-minute walk from tram 70 and Burnley Station.

Your teacher can also travel within 20 kms of Richmond, to a venue of your choice for a private class.
