This class is great for individuals and couples as well as for a team building activity, birthday or hens party.

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 12 years old).

An adult must accompany any attending kids, and must pay for a separate ticket.

I originally trained as an occupational therapist and have always had a passion for health. I value good quality, clean nutrition as well as natural medicine where possible. When I discovered the art of making sourdough bread, I knew this was a skill that needed to be passed on. I love teaching and allowing hands-on opportunities to practice and consolidate skills while having fun and building community and friendships.
