  • 5/5 from Alice Wilson, attended Jun 2024: The class was great. So informative and everything was so well prepared and easy to get into it. The venue was spacious and very welcoming. • 5/5 from Peita-Lee Heywood, attended Jun 2024: I did the sourdough workshop which I really enjoyed. The venue was in Megan’s home so of course was cosy and homey rather than a sterile workshop building. I enjoyed the fact that you saw the whole process through with the ability to take home a sourdough loaf to bake. Other workshops I’d been to went for two hours and just told you what you should do which then became quite confusing when you got home. I also loved that you could buy bits through Megan’s little ‘shop’ to start immediately. I didn’t realise how useful that would be, until I got home baked my bread and used the thermometer immediately to see if it had baked enough. As far as Megans way of baking sourdough - I found her method a lot simpler and easier than workshops I’d been to previously. My first loaf wasn’t exactly the prettiest - but it tasted great and certainly is then motivation to try again! Take a charged phone with you and video Megan teaching. Her voice is soothing and calming and transpires well when explaining the steps. Even though there was a lot packed into the day - it didn’t feel rushed. Definitely worth doing a day course.
  • 5/5 from Brooke Smart, attended Mar 2024: Loved the class and the people in it, fun group - my husband est the whole loaf.
  • 5/5 from Olivia Greenbury, attended Feb 2024: Megan was an excellent instructor and it was a wonderful day! I have walked away from the class feeling really confident with continued success making sourdough. She also provides ongoing support should we need it. The setting in Megan’s home was really comfortable and welcoming. The refreshments and food provided were also great. Thanks Megan for a really great day!
  • 5/5 from Sonia Difonzo, attended Jan 2024: This sourdough bread course was awesome despite the many things you had to bring, and forgetting to bring a bowl was not a problem since there were extra tools onsite. The atmosphere was quiet, relaxing and overall fantastic. There was tea and homemade food available to enjoy and lunchtime was grand; a platter filled with fruit, crackers, dips, you name it. Everything was delicious. Baking was made easy by the teacher, Megan, and she was very skilled and knew exactly what she was doing. Everyone was kind and helpful, always offering to assist if any complicatons arose. Overall, this was a very entertaining and educational workshop that I would definitely recommend to friends.
  • 5/5 from Rebecca Cox, attended Jan 2024: Megan is a natural teacher. She made my mother and I feel very welcome and at ease. Her hands on teaching is supported with "take home" information and equipment to help support our future adventures when making sourdough bread. Megan was easy to understand, encouraged and answered all questions. The workshop was designed with the beginner in mind, which was greatly appreciated. It was evident how passionate Megan is about sourdough. Thanks Megan, hoping to come back for further workshops.
  • 5/5 from Jacque Ley, attended Aug 2023: Megan was a fantastic teacher whose passion for health, nutrition and great food shone through. The hands on workshop was brilliant, but just as good was the post workshop support and continued advice. P.S. my sourdough turned out delicious!
