Experience the ultimate casual cooking party with our sushi and gyoza class for private events! Get ready to dive into the world of Japanese cuisine and have a blast.

This cooking class is perfect for team building, family events, birthday parties, hens parties and any other special occasions.

What we'll make:

  • Four kinds of sushi rolls - 18 pieces per person
  • Chu -Maki roll (take-away style sushi 4 pieces)
  • Hosomaki roll (baby sushi roll 6 pieces)
  • Uramaki roll (inside-out roll 4 pieces)
  • Seared Salmon roll (seared salmon on top 4 pieces)
  • Two types of gyoza dumplings (6 pieces per person)
  • Traditional chicken gyoza dumplings
  • Shitake vegan gyoza dumplings

Sushi fillings include fresh salmon, teriyaki chicken, cooked tuna, cream cheese, avocado, carrot, cucumber, and seasonal vegetables.

Pricing information:
  • Private class: minimum $400
  • Travel fee: $60
  • Under 6 y.o: free

Private class: We are happy to offer a private class where we come to your home to teach. Please note that in addition to the class fee, a travel fee (Ballina $50, Lismore $60) will be charged for private classes. If hiring a venue is necessary, it's also possible, so please inquire about it.

Keita Kujiura is over 15 years experience professional Japanese chef with passion for spreading charms of Japanese cuisine all over the world.

He started learning Japanese cuisine from 18 years old at a long-established restaurant in Japan.It was then when Keita found his passion for cooking and all things kitchen related.
