Looking to explore the art of sushi-making? Join us for a hands-on Japanese cooking class in Gold Coast that is perfect for beginners. In this workshop, you'll learn how to make six styles of sushi from scratch with master sushi Keita in an intimate setting.
  • You'll learn how to cut salmon fillet for sushi and make sushi rice, sugar-free sushi vinegar, teriyaki chicken, and cooked tuna.
  • Create your sushi platter featuring traditional and international sushi styles:
  • Four pieces Chumaki (take-away sushi roll)
  • Six pieces Hosomaki (small sushi roll)
  • Four pieces Uramaki (inside-out-roll)
  • Two pieces Nigiri or seared Nigiri
  • One piece of Temaki sushi (hand roll)
  • Four pieces Aburi salmon roll (seared salmon roll)
During the class, Keita will guide you through the process, making sure you feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. You'll work with high-quality ingredients and experience the joy of creating delicious sushi by hand.
After the class, enjoy your tasty homemade sushi platter and share your new skills with loved ones. Plus, you may even have leftovers to enjoy later. Consider hosting a private class for a unique home event or team-building activity. Please note additional fees may apply for private classes, depending on the location.
