  • Mains: Salmon Nigiri 3 Ways: Explore different techniques for preparing this classic sushi.
  • A Trio of Sushi: Master the art of making teriyaki salmon, vegetarian, and tuna maki (hand rolls).
  • Dessert: Strawberry and Matcha Mochi.

  • Age Recommendation: This class is recommended for ages 14 and up due to knife handling.
  • If you are unable to eat raw food including sashimi please inform at time of bookings so adjustments can be made to tailor to your needs.
  • This class can also accommodate gluten, soy, and dairy free diet. Does not contain pork.
