Textured Art Workshop - Canberra CBD

Want to learn how to make textured art? This engaging workshop will guide you through the relaxing and creative process, leaving you with art you want to put up in your home!

Hosted in the beautiful Edith Room, which is a part of the Dear Prudence Bar and the Verity Lane Market, it is a perfect location to drink, eat and create.

With all the materials provided, all you need to bring is a curious mind and a creative heart.

During the two-hour class, you'll learn how to create different textured backgrounds and how to create different designs such as arches, abstract shapes and palms.

By the end of the class, you will take home two 40cmx50cm completed canvases of your own to hang at home or gift to a loved one.

Please note:

• Throughout the workshop (including before and after) you can purchase drinks and food from Dear Prudence Bar and Verity Lane Market. However, this venue is NOT BYO.
• Your pieces will not be fully dried by the end, so you will need to be able to lay them flat on the drive home, so bringing a towel and ensuring you have the space is recommended.
