'The Autumn Graces' - Painting Workshop

A fun, easy-level learning experience, creating a mythical figure painting using mixed media and other ready-made tools, inspired by the Classical Three Graces. Bring your friends or family (or meet some new friends) at a relaxed weekend creative event. Many sculptors and painters throughout history have been inspired by Grace, Beauty and Charity, and indeed the number of Graces varied in different historical mythical legends, but usually there were three.
You will be creating a modern layered, mixed media visual story of the Three Graces and everything your need to do this (with ease) will be available at the studios for your exploration.


Participants may #sip and will definitely #paint, but the similarity to a typical #sipandpaint ends there, due to the small mixed groups and advanced results that our participants can achieve while learning with practising artists. Bring along your chosen eating and drinking accompaniments. (finger food is most practical)


At the time of booking into this workshop, you can choose to also order a canvas upgrade for a stretched canvas (instead of canvas board), or a custom frame made to fit for your painting on board, or a stretched canvas with an oak or white floating frame.



*Standard support for this project is a 40x50cm rectangular canvas board
