In "The Garden, Worn, " we’ll explore how flowers move from the garden into jewellery, silk floral sculpture, and contemporary fashion — and, most importantly, how to wear them beautifully.We’ll begin with a short conversation from two different perspectives. Jane will introduce the fascinating language and symbolism of flowers in Victorian England, while Tatyana will explore why flowers — and why now? She will look at their renewed presence in contemporary fashion, from brooches and corsages to sculptural floral accessories. Then we move from talking to styling.Jane and Tatyana will demonstrate how to combine flowers, jewellery, colour, and texture, how scale and placement can completely change an outfit, and how one carefully chosen statement piece can refresh clothes you already own. Most of the afternoon is relaxed and interactive. You’ll have the opportunity to try pieces on, experiment with different combinations, ask questions, and discover what works for your own style. You’ll also enjoy a glass of Chandon sparkling wine on arrival, with a non-alcoholic option available.
