In this workshop, you will learn how to create a delightful three course dinner to share with friends.
You will be guided through the process of crafting the perfect ricotta ravioli with burnt sage butter as an entree, followed by a mouth-watering main course of chicken fillet wrapped in prosciutto on a bed of parmesan polenta. To sweeten the evening, you'll finish off with indulgent Individual chocolate mousse tarts served with a berry coulis.
Don't worry if you're new to cooking, this workshop is designed to be light and easy, perfect for beginners. You'll enjoy a stress-free atmosphere as you explore new flavours and techniques. The class will run from 9am until 1pm on Saturday, providing plenty of time to master each dish.
