Ultra Culture was started by long-time lovers Alex and Holly during that first weird wave of COVID isolation in Melbourne. Initially, they didn’t intend on doing anything other than making a couple of batches of feijoa jalapeno hot sauce for friends. Turns out people really dug it, so they made more. And more. Now, in their fourth year, they produce between 10 and 12 different flavors of sauce and some other condiments too. They’ve also produced two kids!
