Paint & Sip Art Studio Space is available for hire. One long banquet style table seats 20 at full capacity. There is a kitchenette out the back with a full sized fridge. There is glassware (wine, champagne, drinking) and platters, bowls, serviettes, cheese knives, paper plates etc.
There is an outside toilet in the courtyard. Parking is available for free in the Elsternwick Station Car park directly across the road from the studio.
Art materials such as paint, brushes etc also available.
