Welcome to my Cheesemaking studio. I am an Australian Qualified and award winning cheesemaker. I have been making cheese for most of my life. I have been making, tasting, eating and traveling to obtain a breadth of knowledge of the cheese world. My passion is th share my knowledge, and guide people through the process of making their own cheese to take home, engage in talk cheese and taste and savour the moments of cheese and have fun and laughter along the way!
