Vegan Cooking Masterclass

Learn how to cook tasty vegan food in Brisbane

3 hours Location Teneriffe Class size 1 to 15 guests   $97 (Afterpay available)

In this three-hour action-packed vegan cooking class in Brisbane, you will create and enjoy a delicious three-course vegan meal! Join us for a relaxed and friendly cooking session with all ingredients provided.
Learn valuable skills and cooking techniques and so much more. Gain confidence and learn valuable presentation and plating skills to ensure a round of applause at the very next meal you serve.
You will not have to prepare an entire meal from scratch on your own, we don't believe you should be peeling vegetables and doing all the hard work but rather be concentrating on gaining new skills. We will not have individual workstations but will work in smaller groups on tasks assigned.
Learn to create delectable textures and flavours and how to combine them to deliver sophisticated vegan cuisine. You will help prepare the delicious meals and then enjoy eating them too.
The Vegan Menu (available Gluten Free):
  • Bánh Xèo - Vietnamese Sizzling Vegan Pancakes
  • Vegan tower of pleasure, the ultimate vegan meal featuring a layer of Chef Mel's signature sublime happy yellow butterbean puree and crunch sweet potato tangle fries
  • Lemon & Olive Oil Cake - topped with vegan merengue!
Dietaries - only the 'available dietaries' listed with the Menu are catered for. We cannot cater to other dietaries for this class.
VZ Class format is a mixture of demonstration and group cooking practices. Instead of individual work stations, students will work in pairs and cook in groups of 4. And afterwards, enjoy a feast of the meals prepared. Demonstration aspects of classes ensure we cover enough content to make you into a fabulous chef.
We look forward to having you for your vegan culinary adventure!
Please note: The menu is available Gluten free and is based on available seasonal produce and is subject to change at the experience provider's discretion. You will not have your own workstation but will work in small groups with some of the lesson being demonstrated and some of the lesson being hands-on.
Note: Groups of four or more guests will get their own private table.
Support Workers, Interpreters, Aids, everyone must book and pay to enter. Please be understanding, due to the layout of the class and safety & enjoyment of all guests, they must book in too.
