  • 5/5 from Cara McDonald, attended May 2024: Tracey was such a great teacher, always happy to answer questions, demonstrate techniques when we found them hard and did well to manage a big loud class! Naomi was super helpful and lovely, always helping us keep our area clean and making sure we were all comfortable with full wine glasses. We’d happily do another class with them :)
  • 5/5 from Genevieve Cowie, attended Mar 2024: We had great fun at this class, got a good few handy chef tips and made a delicious meal. Tracy and June were lovely and we learnt a lot. We’ll certainly be making scrumptious gnocchi at home - especially now we understand the joys of a potato ricer and the importance of hot potatoes! The cooking class was a Christmas gift to my husband and we had a great night out together - a gift that gives twice!
  • 5/5 from Amanda Maier, attended Jul 2023: Really relaxed class with helpful and interesting tips throughout, and a great menu. Learnt a lot, thanks Tracey!

Chef Tracey is a classically trained chef who after many years of working at senior level in the vibrant Melbourne restaurant scene moved to Hanoi to immerse herself in Vietnamese and Asian cuisine. She helped establish KOTO, a grass-roots charity that helps street kids to free themselves from the cycle of poverty through hospitality training.
In April 2008 she opened the Hanoi Cooking Centre, voted one of the best cooking schools in the world by Leisure & Travel magazine.
Now back in her old stamping ground of Brunswick, Tracey looks forward to sharing her love of good food through her cooking classes for keen home cooks, professionals, corporates, kids and teens.
And if you don’t have time to cook call in at Brunswick Kitchen for a chat and a take-home meal.
