We had the most incredible time with Julia She is an incredible artist and great teacher. Her space was so beautiful and full of the her art. She was lovely to take us on a tour of her studio and showed us many examples of how we can use natural products to create such exquisite baskets, bags etc. Julia made a delicious food spread, we were very impressed by the effort she went to for her workshop with us. This class was definitely worth it, we are already planning our next trip. Thank you Julia for sharing your love and passion for weaving with us. Looking forward to weaving with you soon.

I had a wonderful day at the melon basket workshop. The teacher was very knowledgeable and patiently showed us how to do each step. We had a terrific range of materials to work with and she gave instructions and advice on how to gather our own materials. The food was plentiful, healthy and delicious. We all ended up with great looking baskets and I am looking forward to attending one of the other workshops she offers in the future.
