Make Decoration 1
Make a mini xmas version of our whimsy hoops, put a fun or festive phrase onto a small embroidery using needle and thread, then fill the space with sequins and beads to make it shine! The backs of these can be finished with a quick glitter foam layer or a felt layer can be stitched on depending on your preference.

2 - Polystyrene Sequin balls!
Use sequins, beads and pins to create exploding balls of colour and sparkle for your tree! Do you remember doing this at school in the 90's? I do!

3 - Kinusaiga/Kimekomi Baubles!
I'm sure you could call these something else but we feel they have the same vibe of kinusaiga just in ball form! make a consistent pattern or cut random shapes into your ball and tuck the fabric into the slots - whatever you prefer! we have tons of christmas and non-christmas fabric you can use so the sky's the limit!

We are a 10minute walk from Pakenham train station, or there is free parking in Pakenham Marketplace car park right opposite our shop (Treloar lane parking is free but has a time limit) Our shop space is fully accessible but the bathroom is not - nearest accessible public bathroom is inside Pakenham Marketplace which is just across the road. a 2 min walk from us.

We are a collective style shop located in the south-eastern suburbs of Melbourne in Pakenham. As well as housing over 125 small businesses in one shop, we have a dedicated workshop space for creative classes & craft activities. We host our own regular sessions and the space is also available to book for those looking for a venue to run their own classes.The team behind The Shop of Little Shops have been into crafting from a young age with experience in many different areas between the three of us including sewing, paper making, cross stitch, painting, watercolour, drawing, crochet, paper craft, Cricut, terrariums, colouring, jewellery making and more. We love nothing more than getting our craft on and exploring new (and familiar) ways to get creative.Our aim is to spread the joy of creating by making art and craft activities more accessible in our local community.
