1.5 hours Class size 1 to 16 guests

  $60 - $140 ($140 per guest when you book for 1+ guests, $80/guest for 4+ guests, $60/guest for 6+ guests) (Afterpay & PayPal Pay in 4 available)

Tap into a former passion or just enjoy the experience of creating. This engaging painting session focuses more on the experience of creating and expression rather than building a new skillset over time. These classes are designed to be suitable for anyone, including people with medical conditions or disabilities. Caroline fosters an environment of absolutely zero pressure - patient, warm, and encouraging.
Caroline will guide you step-by-step through a simple piece, helping you with tips and suggestions. But if you just want to play around with paint and do your own thing, that is totally ok! This workshop is also an enjoyable way for friends and carers to spend time with loved ones, as well as creating something they can be proud of.
A slightly limited colour palette gives you the freedom to create without worry, with no stress about mixing colours too precisely, while leaving plenty of scope for creating a masterpiece. Simple compositions make the task achievable and enjoyable - always with the option of an abstract interpretation.
This is a small group class environment. If you have specific needs or require assistance, please reach out to discuss how we can support you.

Please note: Public dates for this class require at least 2 guests to run. In the unlikely event that we don't reach this number, we may cancel the session; if that happens, we'll inform you and let you choose between a refund or reschedule, so please watch your email/SMS one day prior to the class.

I am an artist and art teacher based in Canberra.
I work with a range of mediums (oils, acrylics, inks, watercolour, gouache) and subjects (landscapes, flowers, animals, still life).
I started painting as a hobby, and to support my mental health, and I love that I can share my passion with others. I have been selling my work for a few years now, but recently gave up my day job to pursue my art career.
