An AI-Free Workout for Your Brain!

2 hours Class size 1 to 30 guests

  $35 - $45 ($35 for Concession; $45 for Full Adult)

Feeling like your brain is getting a bit lazy, your attention span shorter, or that you are relying on Chat GPT more than you would like? Or perhaps you want to do something to keep your neural pathways strong as you're getting older. Then this is the workshop for you!
In this fun, engaging workshop with writer and creative practitioner Amanda Anastasi, you will be given easy to understand, brain-stretching exercises designed to practice creative and divergent thinking, while promoting your cognitive flexibility. You will be given helpful tips on how to use these exercises in your daily life to stimulate ideas and create habits to keep your brain sharp and your creativity flowing.
Many of us regularly exercise the muscles in our body, but don't think to exercise our brain! This workshop will remind you of the unlimited capacity of your own imagination and your ability to generate fresh ideas. Join us for a brain nourishing couple of hours!
