It was held in a relaxed and helpful environment and I would have no hesitation in going back to finesse my technique. Background music was great as well!!! Highly recommend!

She then did what even better teachers do and allowed us time to explore and experiment with everything. She was there with advice when needed and encouragement too. Jenie put me at ease immediately and created a safe space to relax and "play". She was very generous with her support, encouragement and supplies. By the end of the class I'd created a range of pieces, some I even really liked LOL! Definitely recommend the class to artists and novices alike. Lots of fun!

We were able to use a range of different paper to try the alcohol inks on and we went away with our favourite picture framed! We came from Geelong and the venue was easily accessible via public transport. A great day!

I loved this class, it was fun, relaxing and a fantastic experience. Being able to just play was the best part. I was surprised at the creations I made.

She had all the kit and more, and most of all she just have the most lovely nature and temperament for these classes, fully encouraging us to get stuck in and play. Her expert guidance is gentle and constructive and with humour: "too many notes Mr Mozart" is now firmly a part of our family lexicon! thank you Jenie - we will be back!

We were a small group of three and the whole ambience of the place, the people and the event was relaxed and fun. The materials were easy to play with and understand. The physical environment was comfortable. Jenie had thought of everything. This class given to me as a gift and I was unsure - and, frankly, uncommitted to it beforehand. I came away very happy after a stimulating and enjoyable three hours. I learned a whole new set of skills. Thank you Jenie and my cohort!

The only downside was last-minute change of venue which was no fault of the teacher. If the advertisement is for a particular venue, that can make all the difference to attendance. Perhaps the organisation can support the classes/teachers a little better in this regard.
