Each dish balances colour, texture, and flavour—ideal for party trays or appetiser menus.
1. Tuna Avocado Cup
Fresh sashimi-grade tuna (diced), Ripe avocado (diced), Cucumber (small dice), Wasabi May, Wasabi beans
2. Beef Lettuce Bite
Grilled beef slices (tenderloin), Baby lettuce leaves (e.g., cos or butter lettuce), Tomato, onion and cucumber
3. Tomato Caprese Canapé
Cherry tomatoes (halved), Mini mozzarella balls (or cut to size), Fresh basil leaves, Balsamic glaze
