Join Amy from Crafternoon Tea and Christine from CGE Wellness for a fun, relaxing, and creative afternoon that blends mindfulness, art, and the joy of tea.
This is the first of three inspiring Mindful Art & Tea Workshops, each combining a themed hands-on creative activity with a thoughtfully paired tea-tasting experience. Every workshop also includes a complimentary take-home gift.
Come along for an afternoon of creativity, mindfulness, meaningful connection, and tea! You'll leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and with a beautiful handmade creation to enjoy at home.
This first workshop is all about nature. Reconnect with the natural world through creativity and calming herbal teas.
Tea tasting: Enjoy a selection of delicious tisanes (caffeine-free teas) featuring organic herbs and botanicals.
Creative Activity: Glass Gardens
Design and decorate your own beautiful glass vase using a range of colourful materials to create a unique light-catching piece. Then choose an easy-care plant to take home, creating your own mini glass garden that brings a touch of nature indoors and serves as a gentle reminder to slow down, nurture, and connect with the natural world.
No prior experience is necessary! Just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore. You'll be gently guided through every step, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone.
PLEASE NOTE:
This event series can be booked both individually or as a group (see images for all 3 classes). Contact Amy to discuss options :)
