These inspiring Mindful Art and Tea workshops combine a themed hands-on creative activity with a thoughtfully paired tea-tasting experience. Every workshop also includes a complimentary take-home gift.
WORKSHOP 2: OCTOBER 10
Come along for an afternoon of creativity, mindfulness, meaningful connection, and tea! You'll leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and with a beautiful handmade creation to enjoy at home.
This workshop is an introduction to Kinusaiga and collage!
Class overview:
1. Tea tasting
Enjoy a selection of delicious green teas and tisanes (caffeine-free teas) featuring organic herbs and botanicals.
2. Creative Activity: Kinusaiga fabric artwork
Learn how to create your own unique fabric artwork using this modern Japanese, no-sew technique, with all materials included.
No prior experience is necessary! Just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore. You'll be gently guided through every step, creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for everyone.
SESSION 3: NOVEMBER 21
Make your own healing crystal jewellery in this third and final workshop!
1. Tea Tasting
Enjoy a selection of delicious chai and chakra teas (with caffeine-free teas available) sure to help balance your mind, body and soul.
2. Creative Activity: Make-Your-Own Crystal Healing Jewellery
Learn about crystal healing energy and make a beautiful, personalised beaded bracelet with a healing crystal charm of your choice to channel the energy you desire.
