- 5/5 from Kaylene Brewer, attended Aug 2026: Informative and fun workshop
- 4/5 from Carolyn Pett, attended Aug 2026: I wonder if we would have had more iinstruction if we had been in the original watercolour class we booked and not combined with the pencil/ ink class due to our class being cancelled. Having said that, I enjoyed Tanya’s teaching and the projects and enjoyed the whole time. And got a peek at a different technique! Well catered for with snacks too!
- 5/5 from Michelle Willis, attended Jun 2026: Loved everything about this class. Tania was fantastic and we left with new skills, techniques and confidence. The timing of the class was perfect and allowed time for guidance and practising of skills. So excited about the technique we continued for another few hours at home! We did the 3 hour course but could have easily spent the day there!
- 5/5 from Sandra McAvan, attended Jun 2026: Teacher was great
- 5/5 from Allison Annett, attended Apr 2026: This class was lots of fun. Tania is a great teacher and she structured the class to make it easy for beginners to make a lovely painting first time! She provided all the materials and gave us tips about how to purchase our own for future painting at home. The venue was excellent with lots of convenient parking. Using my gift card was very easy - it is my favourite thing to give and receive!
- 5/5 from Karen Willis, attended Jan 2026: Amazingly talented and positive teacher. Have already signed up for next session!
- 5/5 from Deanna Vazquez, attended Jan 2026: Very enjoyable, calming, therapeutic morning of playing with watercolour pencils and ink. We received excellent instruction and guidance throughout and I learned SO MANY new things about using these mediums together to draw and paint Botanicals. As an added bonus we were treated to a lovely spread of snacks and treats, and were able to sip tea and coffee as we pleased, whilst working on our masterpieces. I enjoyed it so much that I signed up for two other classes before I left, and am joining a weekly afterhours group next month. Definitely recommend no matter your skill level.
Your teacher
Tania has been drawing since she was a little girl. Always dragging around a bag of coloured pencils and paper. As an adult, she completed a Diploma in Art Education and then Fashion Design. After a successful career in both, she is now a qualified art teacher and practising botanical artist. Tania's amazing botanical art is all hand-drawn with a fountain pen and the blackest ink on archival rag paper. Tania loves sharing her creative botanical passion with others. It doesn't matter if you have never picked up a pencil before or if you already have some drawing skills - Tania's classes are perfect for anyone who wants to share in the joy, fun and delight of learning to draw botanical flora.
