We provide a calm, unique environment designed to help you step out of daily busy-ness and into a peaceful state of creative flow.
Whether you are hosting an intimate milestone gathering or a private group function, we design curated, soulful events. We look after the details within our private sanctuary or can bring the mobile mindfulness experience directly to your chosen venue.
Bespoke Programs The Awakened Canvas nurtures creativity and stillness across a wide range of private programs tailored to all generations:
1) Children & Teens – Creative, screen-free focus.

3) Adult Workshops – Relax, create, and rediscover your inner quiet.
4) Custom Groups – Corporate wellness, team building, community events, & private groups.
Meditative Art Workshops Join us for specialised classes where you don't just paint—you experience a gentle, restorative break for your mind.
Absolutely no prior art experience is required. We guide you step-by-step through rhythmic, geometric patterns that naturally quiet your thoughts and foster presence.
Our immersive mindfulness art sessions features: Intricate Dot Mandalas: Exploring sacred geometry, symmetry, and centering.
Traditional Folk Arts & Sacred Circles: Learning the slow, rhythmic line-work of Madhubani and Warli traditions, alongside concentric Mandala patterns.
Intuitive & Pattern Flow: Moving from raw scribbling into structured pattern-filling to bridge the gap between active thinking and deep relaxation.
Zentangle & Bilateral Drawing: Utilising structured, repetitive patterns and two-handed or symmetrical movements to anchor attention, calm the nervous system, and build rhythmic focus.
Neurographic-Inspired Art: Transforming free-flowing, organic lines into harmonious networks to help release mental clutter, bypass overthinking, and translate inner tension into balanced visual flow.
