Creative Stillness: A Mindful Mandala Art Workshop

Your three hour mental reset: a creative escape for deep relaxation!

3 hours Location Burnside Heights Class size 1 to 6 (public classes), 5 to 25   $85 (Afterpay available)

Join us for 'Creative Stillness', a dedicated mindfulness art journey designed to help you discover the restorative power of creative expression through the art of the mandala.
Is your brain stuck on high speed? Most of us spend our days in a high-beta brain state—characterised by overthinking, screen fatigue and a racing mind. This workshop is a gentle intervention designed to break that cycle.
This isn't a traditional art class. Our workshop is a high-impact mental intervention. We use the specialised, geometric process of mandala creation to actively shift your brain out of the stress cycle and into restorative meditative states. By focusing on the rhythmic, repetitive motion of drawing and the intentional placement of colour, we bypass the inner critic and unlock a state of deep, meditative clarity.
If you are new to mindfulness or art, don't worry. This journey is designed as a gentle, supportive introduction to both practices.
We move through three distinct phases of mental restoration:
  • The Transition: Leave the noise of the outside world behind. We begin with specialised grounding techniques designed to settle the nervous system and anchor your focus in the present moment.
  • Rhythmic Flow: Experience the meditative power of symmetry and repetition. Using our signature mandala process, you will be guided into a state of deep creative immersion, designed to naturally quiet the "busy" brain and activate restorative mental states.
  • The Clarity Shift: As the journey concludes, we focus on refining your work. This phase is designed to leave you with a sense of mental organisation, renewed focus, and a profound connection to your own creative potential.
