What you'll do

In this workshop, you will learn how to bake, decorate, and enjoy a delightful Afternoon Tea. Whether you're new to baking or a seasoned pro, all are welcome to join in on the fun. You will have the opportunity to create a selection of delicious treats such as scones, sponge kisses, viennese chocolate dipped shortbreads, and more to share.

Don't worry if you're a beginner - this class is designed for all skill levels. You'll experience a friendly and relaxed environment where you can learn and have fun with baking and decorating. We'll provide all the necessary ingredients and equipment, so all you need to bring is your enthusiasm.

Throughout the workshop, you'll engage in hands-on decorating and baking, allowing you to unleash your creativity and create your own beautiful baked goods. Join in on foodie conversations around the dining table, making new friends and boosting your confidence in the baking realm.

With over 30 years of Baking and Decorating Experience, bringing people together around food made with love is what I do.

Providing baked goods and teaching classes for the last 10 years has created many memorable moments.

Through this time, I have also had the opportunity to bring the joy of baking to the disability community and have seen many people, young and old gain new confidence, learn cooking skills and implement this in their daily living. This has truly been a joy.

Classes are designed to encourage and provide everyone with the confidence and skills to bake in their own kitchen. Enjoy some time out, relax and create delicious food that you can share with others.
