Her passion became mine, and I soon found myself entering school baking competitions, where I discovered not just a talent, but a deep sense of purpose. Those early experiences shaped my belief that baking is more than technique—it’s a way to express love, creativity, and resilience.
With over two decades of hands-on experience in the art of baking, I bring a rich blend of international expertise, creativity, and heartfelt teaching to every class.
My professional journey began as a Pastry Chef at Hot Breads in Dubai-UAE, where I mastered the craft of artisan breads, celebration cakes, and delicate pastries. That foundation in high-quality production and kitchen operations laid the groundwork for my next chapter—as the founder and lead instructor of Baking Art, a renowned training institute where I spent nearly 17 years mentoring over 900 aspiring bakers.
My qualifications include a Master’s in Sugar Craft, a Diploma in Sugar Artistry, and advanced expertise in sugar flower modules, making me a sought-after educator in decorative cake design. I also hold formal qualifications in bread and pastry making, including Certificate III in Cake and Pastry, ensuring my students receive both artistic and technical excellence.
Now based in Perth, Australia, I offer one-on-one and group classes in cake making, decorating, and baking for all skill levels. Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your technique, my teaching style is warm, supportive, and deeply intuitive.
As a part-time clinical hypnotherapist at West Perth Healthcare Centre, and a certified therapeutic Arts practitioner and a meditation coach I also bring a unique understanding of learner motivation, focus, and emotional well-being.
