What you'll do
This class is ideal if you're looking to learn the essentials to start in the coffee world or to take as a refresher course. This workshop will acquaint you with coffee history and prudent product knowledge, like selecting the right coffee beans for the respective cup of coffee makes.
Since practice makes perfect, enjoy a fully hands-on workshop with the assistance and guidance of an experienced barista. Learn about the selection and roasting, blends and single origins, service setup, extraction analysis, grind adjustment, milk stretching, texturing and pouring techniques, coffee presentation and about the coffee machine cleaning and maintenance.
Introduce yourself into the barista world, live a professional yet friendly experience and take home all of the basics knowledge and skills to succeed in your next interview.
