Get ready for a meaty, mouthwatering experience! This is our beefiest workshop yet, featuring some of Australia’s finest steaks: Rump Cap from Black Opal Wagyu, dry-aged Rib-Eye from O’Connors, Tri-Tip from Mayura Station, and Hanger from Sher Wagyu.
In this 3-hour hands-on class, you’ll cook multiple cuts on a range of BBQs, learning exactly how each behaves on the grill. Our resident meat-heads will show you why different cuts look, taste, and cook differently, so you’ll leave confident picking, prepping, and grilling steaks like a pro.
Expect to taste every cut, master a variety of cooking techniques, and take home full-colour info cards covering the cuts and skills we focus on. Perfect for anyone who loves beef, fire, and getting hands-on with a serious steak session.
