Fun things to do in Perth this weekend

Trying to discover skincare products, shampoos, and fragrances that suit both your body and your lifestyle can be difficult, and with so many options to sift through, you can spend hundreds of dollars without finding products that work for you. With so many things to do in Perth that get you out enjoying the sun, taking care of your skin should be a priority. With these Perth workshops, you don’t need any experience in organic skincare or aromatherapy to benefit. Our classes and gift experiences cater to people at any stage of their skincare journey. Our skincare classes are perfect for beginners and beauty veterans alike and cater to both public and private groups. Everyone’s skin is different, and our workshop artisans understand that everyone’s skincare regime is unique to them. You don’t have to know what works for your skin before engaging with our workshops, as our incredible range of beauty and fragrance makers will help you discover the best DIY skincare ingredients for you.

Our aromatherapy and perfumery classes are similar. Scents that work well with one individual may not work so well for you, as the essential oils in the perfume have to combine naturally with the oils in our skin. When you make your own fragrance, you’ll learn how to blend essential oils that work with your skin to create a DIY perfume that’s perfectly balanced for you.

Our Perth workshops are more than just a beauty class. They’ll help you discover DIY organic skincare products that’ll bring out your glow, and save you money on store-bought skincare products own the line.

Rejuvenating beauty and fragrance workshops and local experiences

Perfume making classes in Perth

Discovering the art of natural perfume making is one of the most intricate forms of aromatherapy available. Part beauty tutorial and part chemistry workshop, you’ll learn how to make your own perfume that matches the oils in your skin. Our Perth workshops are perfect for people looking to explore the diversity essential oils have to offer, and how you can make your own fragrance from scratch. You’ll be utilising natural ingredients such as lavender oil and eucalyptus oil, and be shown how to mix and balance them to achieve the best effect. Learning how to make your own perfume is one of the most unique gift experiences on offer.

Skincare and haircare classes in Perth

Organic skincare products, shampoos and conditioners are deceptively personal products. The oils in your skin and your body’s own pH balance all play an important role in ensuring your beauty products are as effective as they can be. Creating your own organic skincare products and learning how to make your own shampoo are wonderful ways to not just save money on beauty products, but discover what works best for you and your body. Not only this, but DIY skincare is a fantastic method of lowering your carbon footprint, and giving your body natural sustenance instead of the harsh chemicals many store-bought beauty products contain.

Candle making classes in Perth

Homemade candles can give your home a new lease on life. Our candle making classes can show you what it takes to make your own soy wax candle, and how to utilise essential oils to maximum effect, so your candles burn for longer. Soy candle wax is a natural alternative to paraffin wax which, although cheaper, is a by-product of crude oil. By making your own soy wax candle, you’re burning cleaner, more sustainable wax that actually lasts longer than standard paraffin wax. With so many fun things to do in Perth, soy candle making is one of the most environmentally conscious craft workshops available.

Soap making classes in Perth

Natural soap making can transform your daily showering routine. With so many unique experiences Perth has to offer, creating homemade soap is one of the best things to do with a small group of friends, looking to move towards more sustainable beauty products. With classes covering melt and pour soap methods using all-natural and organic ingredients, you’ll discover how to scent and colour your own soap, whilst lowering your carbon footprint.

Fun indoor activities

Discovering DIY skincare products and learning how to make your own perfume does more for your personal health than you may realise. Teaching yourself how to create your own face mask isn’t just good for your skin, it’s also good for the environment. Your skin is very personal, and your beauty products and fragrances should work with your skin, not against it. By improving your skincare and haircare, you can improve your mood and reduce your own stress.
