What you'll do
Have you ever had a scent stop you dead in your tracks and lead you down a flashing reel of vivid childhood memories, where you were instantly propelled back in time?
Perhaps you’re suddenly under a cherry blossom tree on a first date, or maybe it was the scent of salty air that reminded you of summer stays at the beach or the smell of sugar cookies that created an instant image of you devouring what was left in the batter bowl. Whatever the case, the nose knows nostalgia!
It’s an incredible phenomenon. More than any other sense, smell has a unique ability to evoke special memories, feelings and associations. Each fragrance family is a portal to a particular part of your life.
But what you can remember you also can evoke.
In this therapeutic workshop, you will explore the power of scent combined with memory, storytelling and intention.
After you've settled into the space and set your intention, you will be guided through a range of meditative exercises connecting scent, memory and storytelling. You will work with ancient knowledge passed down over generations of wild women.
Then you will have space to breathe to awaken that creative part of yourself and it is time to create your very own scented potion, using therapeutic grade organic ingredients.
At the end of the workshop, you will have captured your very own own scented memory/intention to take home with you.
For yourself or as a beautiful unique present for a loved one.

The woman behind La Donna CXX is an Italo-German entrepreneur, a passionate expressive artist and an independent perfume creator and magical alchemist creating artisan perfume oils.
Besides also being a writer, a poet, a jewellery maker, a Certified Therapeutic Arts Practitioner, mindfulness coach and so much more, Sarah also holds a Bachelor in Educational Science and she studied Philosophy as well as Psychology.
After discovering the beautiful world of essential oils she immersed herself in the study of botanicals and the emotional, psychological, sensual and other health benefits of scents.
