I'm Bec, a chef from NZ but I have called Australia home for more than 20 years. I have been professionally cooking for over 25 years, I completed my City & Guilds Diploma Of Culinary Arts in 1999. I've travelled ALL around Australia in a 1974 Kombi Van for over 8.5 years, working as a chef and fixing the car on my time off! While in Broome W.A I started designing chef uniforms and grew the business for the last 10 years while cheffing on the side until I opened my shop - Ready2Rock Hospitality Store.

I'm passionate about cooking and love teaching people the skills I learnt as a chef. I have cooked in many high-end establishments, and I want to help you improve your home cooking, teaching you the basics & fundamentals of cookery, which advances all aspects of your home cooking! Having my hospitality store, I now have a great set-up to enable me to share my craft and teach others.
