Step into the charm of the Southern Highlands with this beautifully curated day designed especially for senior groups. "Bees, Art & Blooms" is a relaxed and enriching journey that combines nature, creativity, and connection — all at a gentle pace and in great company.
Begin your day with a warm welcome at Bowral Honey Farm, located on the historic grounds of Retford Park. Discover the fascinating world of bees with a guided tour through the apiary, learn how honey is harvested, and enjoy a tasting of seasonal honeys in a peaceful garden setting.
Then unwind over a leisurely lunch on the terrace, surrounded by the natural beauty of Retford Park. A fresh, seasonal menu is served in a relaxed setting, perfect for soaking in the views and good conversation.
In the afternoon, stroll across the property to Ngununggula, the Southern Highlands’ regional art gallery, also nestled within the grounds of Retford Park. Here, you’ll enjoy a guided tour of current exhibitions, housed in a beautifully restored 19th-century dairy.
To finish, your group will head into the heart of Bowral for a visit to the much-loved Tulip Time festival at Corbett Gardens — a spring celebration of colour and community set among thousands of blooming tulips.
Perfect for coach groups and club outings, this full-day tour blends authentic local experiences with warm hospitality, culture, and garden beauty — all in one unforgettable day.
Please note: This is a self-drive group experience designed for social clubs, seniors groups etc who arrive in their own bus or coach.
Tour groups must arrange their own transport to Bowral Honey Farm. From there, it’s a short walk across the grounds to Ngununggula, followed by a drive (in your coach) into Bowral for Tulip Time at Corbett Gardens. Pricing is dependent on a group size of 20.
