Steve was engaging, practical and happy to impart his considerable knowledge. Glad I did the course and would recommend it.

The course covered essential topics such as pre-ride checks, essential tools and equipment, cleaning techniques, tire maintenance, drivetrain adjustments and brake maintenance. The session was well-structured, making complex concepts easy to grasp. I especially appreciated the hands-on approach; we had time to practice what we learned, which really boosted my confidence. Our instructor was knowledgeable and patient, always ready to answer questions, crack a joke and provide helpful tips. I now feel much more equipped to take care of my bike and perform basic maintenance tasks. Overall, this course was a fantastic whether you’re looking to enhance your biking skills or simply want to learn how to keep your bike in top shape, this course is definitely worth it!

And less directed towards high performance rising and more to recreation/entry level cycling. But a good and very enjoyable class with a friendly and lively instructor who had very good interpersonal skills.

I liked that every participant could bring in their own bicycles we could all learn from each other as every one had different bicycles and different knowledge. Found the venue easy to find, was a little cold in the warehouse, so rug up if its a cold day. Other than that, good value for money to pay to get a better understanding of the bicycle.

We were shown how to check the wear/stretch. He explained how to set and tune the rear derailleur. He explained some possible faults if changing gears was still problematic. We were shown how to race tune rim/calliper brakes. And were shown how to put on a tire without using tire levers. I would recommend this course to anybody. Going to book in for one of the advanced courses. Thank you.

Understand why, but might be good to emphasise, in your advertising, that student questions will drive the direction of the class. I have tried a couple of things l i learned to test myself and your directions to solutions. Thanks for the class.
