Hey, I'm Boris. I know I don't look like a Boris but here we are! I have a master’s degree in Psychotherapy and Counselling and have refined my techniques in my own private practice over the last 3 years, with a wide range of mental health conditions.

My voice is naturally baritone and induces relaxation quicker than most guided meditation facilitators. Meditation is characterised by deep states of focus. The deeper one can focus, the more access and control one has over bodily and mind functioning.

I have trained in advanced meditation techniques and hypnotherapy. I combine my knowledge and benefits from both into one practice for a deeper experience of Self.
