If you've never picked up a pencil before then come along and learn all the basic techniques with other like-minded creatives at this fun Perth workshop. You'll learn how to draw beautiful flora using inks and paints in black and then add a pop of metallics in gold and rose gold to bring your drawing to life!
Friendly expert Tania will guide you step by step with fun easy exercises in the morning to teach you some easy ink drawing techniques. At the same time, you can enjoy plenty of laughs as you get in touch with your inner artist.
After lunch, the fun starts when you get to start to build your very own ink drawing in black pen and ink. Tania will guide you through the exciting application of metallic inks in golds and rose gold paint to give your piece that extra pop. At the end of the class take home a piece of original botanical artwork that will sparkle.
Drawing is a great mindful activity for anyone looking to cultivate a little calm.

In keeping with W.A. Covid requirements the venue no longer requires you to wear a mask during the workshop or to be vaccinated to attend the workshop. So hope to see you mask free at a workshop soon.

Tania has been drawing since she was a little girl. Always dragging around a bag of coloured pencils and paper.
As an adult, she completed a Diploma in Art Education and then Fashion Design. After a successful career in both, she is now a qualified art teacher and practising botanical artist. Tania's amazing botanical art is all hand-drawn with a fountain pen and the blackest ink on archival rag paper.
Tania loves sharing her creative botanical passion with others. It doesn't matter if you have never picked up a pencil before or if you already have some drawing skills - Tania's classes are perfect for anyone who wants to share in the joy, fun and delight of learning to draw botanical flora.
