Very much enjoyed yesterday's class with Mark. He clearly explained the steps involved in creating a terrarium, and checked our bowls throughout the process. We had a great selection of plants to use and also the materials to decorate the bowl at the end. Venue is good, as is parking, and the class was excellent value for money. My creation is looking very happy at home, and it's now up to me to keep it that way as Mark told us what we had to do.

My friend and I went to this Flower Farm yesterday. It was such a wonderful day out Bel and Mark were the most friendly, kind, knowledgeable & encouraging hosts!
Before we went, they had mentioned that the farm would be less abundant due to the recent heatwave & kindly gave us the option of rescheduling if we wanted. We went as originally planned anyway! The flowers were still very beautiful and we were able to bring back buckets full of them to share with friends and family. Our friends were very happy with their surprise gifts. We’ll definitely be back again!

The workshop was excellent, with very good materials and teacher assisting and explaining through out the class. The boutique at Burwood is lovely with some usual indoor plant suspects and some unique carnivorous and air plants. Overall highly recommended class if you are into indoor plants and terrariums.

My sister and I enjoyed the most beautiful day out in Silvan flowering picking. The hosts were extremely welcoming and were happy answer any and all questions we had. They gave detailed information about the process before allowing us free range of their glorious flower fields. Such great value for money as we left with a huge bouquet of flowers to take home and arrange. All the required resources were provided and perfectly adequate for the task.
I would strongly recommend this class to anyone even slightly interested in surrounding themselves in beautiful nature.

Really lovely day out wandering among the flowers. The hosts are great. Warm, friendly and informative. Really loved picking the flowers to take home and enjoy. Should have perhaps taken the flower arrangement course they offer BEFORE I picked the flowers, but adding that to the list. Such a great day.

Very enjoyable casual couple of hours roaming the fields cutting delightful dahlias along with other flowers and foliage to take home to brighten up the home. Learnt about various flower varieties for the commercial flower cutting industry and the like, by the very friendly and informative owners.

Our day at The Botaniculture farm
It was a day to spend with bestie for her birthday. We were greeted by Mark who owns this beautiful farm with his lovely wife Bel. We learn a lot about farming flowers. Then it was free for all with snips and buckets provided we cut our dahlias. Amazing experience, Thankyou for sharing your amazing haven Mark and Bel. Highly recommend this wonderful experience x

I recently had the pleasure of attending a Floristry Workshop for Beginners, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. Hosted by the talented, Belinda, this workshop was an absolute delight from start to finish.
Instruction and Guidance (5/5):
Belinda's passion for floristry shone through in her clear and engaging instruction. She took the time to explain the basics, ensuring that even those with no prior experience felt confident handling flowers. Her patience and approachability made the atmosphere relaxed and conducive to learning.
Hands-On Experience (5/5):
The workshop provided ample hands-on experience, allowing participants to create their own stunning floral arrangements. The range of flowers and greenery provided was impressive, having been picked that morning arriving directly from their farm.
Atmosphere and Ambiance (4.5/5):
The workshop was hosted in the floral shop which was filled with natural light and surrounded by vibrant blooms. As the event was in a open trading shop within a shopping centre I did find it a little hard to hear at times due to the back ground workings of the shop and shopping centre.
In conclusion, the Floristry Workshop for Beginners with Belinda was an absolute joy. Belinda's expertise, combined with the hands-on experience and creative freedom provided, makes it a must-attend event for anyone interested in the art of floral design. I left feeling inspired, equipped with new skills, and with a gorgeous floral arrangement to showcase. Cant wait to attend my next course. Highly recommended!

A lovely, enthusiastic and friendly teacher. All materials were so nice and plentiful too, everyone did a great job and each wreath was unique and beautiful.
I made mine for the table and have put a candle in the middle.

I attended a wreath making class with some friends. The class was really enjoyable. Bel from Botaniculture was knowledgable and friendly and made the class fun! Would attend another class from Botaniculture in the future! Highly recommend!

It was a gift for my friend’s birthday and I also wanted to learn how to make a terrarium. Our teacher was Mark and he answered all my questions and gave us many tips on how to look after it. The materials are great quality Would definitely like to do another workshop with them! As for decorations, we added our own figurines to it, to make it what we wanted.

My daughter and I had an amazing time. It was so much fun, so organised and with a beautiful area to work in. Mark our teacher explained how to make a terrarium with step by step instructions. After the group finished he also told us all how to look after the terrarium and the best position in your home for it to grow. I am looking forward to booking in my mum and mother-in-law so they can experience what we did.

What an exceptional class!
Mark is an excellent teacher and so knowledgeable of his topic.
All tools and “ingredients” to make our terrariums were supplied and of a very high quality.
A nice relaxed atmosphere in a tucked away but still lively part of the main shop so I felt completely at ease and able to listen and work easily.
I now feel I could easily make more terrariums in my own time and they would all be perfect!
Thanks Mark and Botaniculture for a fabulous class, I will be back for more lessons.

Great class! Nice friendly group, lovely space, and super knowledgeable teacher. The class was at our own pace - we were shown and explained a step, then everyone got time to do it themselves before moving on. Heaps of choices for the plants we could use - so many different outcomes in the end! It was great to see everyone's finished terrarium, and get information about how to keep it happy and healthy.

Such a genuine passion for a horticulture, Mark made our workshop really insightful and helped us understand the industry. We were given advice and knowledge on the practicalities of maintaining a farm and the careful selection of flower varieties. Cannot recommend this workshop enough! Mark was very knowledgeable in horticulture and gave my friends and I and insight into floral farming and horticulture. It was a great experience and learnt heaps about the industry. Will be coming back every year to do this. It was a great experience. We chatted with Mark for about 30
Mins and took us on a tour of the farm and then let us pick the different dahlias for the remainder of the session.

Just loved this class as it was just what I was looking for. Belinda was great in explaining things - including looking after our posy when we got home. She also moved around the class checking on things, and making suggestions when needed. She clearly loves flowers. And the flowers from their farm were lovely, and the colours just right for the beginning of Autumn.

This class was so enjoyable and therapeutic. I think the other ladies who came with friends and family felt the same.
I was late because there was no parking in the basement (4hrs). Ground parking is only 90min but it should be sufficient.
The flowers are seasonal. The class was held at the back of the shop and the teacher was super friendly, easygoing and informative.
We all got our vases of flowers to take home and were offered boxes so the flowers didn't tip over in the car. So thoughtful!
