Buena Vista Farm is a small sustainable farm on the outskirts of Gerringong, just under 2 hours drive south of Sydney. Buena Vista is a family-owned and -run enterprise, with continual family ownership dating back to the 1850s. It has been a small goat dairy with cheeseroom as well as a commercial market garden, now a cooking school and home to bee hives, cows, pigs, chickens, ducks, guinea fowl, kitchen garden, herb garden, an established coffee grove and small orchard. We began running cooking workshops in 2013, based around our passion for from-scratch food and wholefood cooking. We specialise in small hands-on masterclasses in old skills like sourdough breadmaking, cheesemaking and fermenting.
