Wax Casting Workshop: Create Your Own Silver Ring

Have you ever wanted to make your own jewellery? In this beginner-friendly 2 hour workshop, hosted in collaboration with Siga Studios, you’ll learn the jewellery making method of lost wax carving and sculpt your very own sterling silver ring by hand. Hosted in a light filled Collingwood warehouse turned wellness space, Siga Studios encourages you to slow down and savour the moment. Bring a friend as a date or come by yourself to learn all the skills needed to create timeless jewellery.The workshop will start with a full demonstration by the creator of Daphne Jewellery, then you’ll dive into carving your wax ring with all tools provided and personal guidance throughout. Every ring in the room will be completely different because it comes entirely from you!After the workshop, your wax carving is sent to our professional casting partner and returned polished, as solid sterling silver within 2-3 weeks. You’ll come back to our beautiful Collingwood studio to collect it.

• All wax carving tools and materials
• Your ring is cast in solid sterling silver. Casting is included for rings up to 7g - which covers most beginner designs. Larger rings may incur a small surcharge, calculated on the day before we send to casting.
• Professional polish.

• Full guidance from start to finish
