Join Chef Keita, a professional Japanese chef with 18 years of culinary experience, for a fun and hands-on cooking class designed for beginners and food lovers alike.
Learn how to make healthy, flavourful miso ramen and juicy pork gyoza — with simple, easy-to-follow recipes you can recreate at home.
In this interactive workshop, you’ll prepare everything from handmade noodles and miso ramen soup base to marinated ramen eggs and tender chicken char siu.
You’ll also learn the secrets to mixing, folding, and pan-frying perfect pork gyoza with crispy golden bottoms and soft, juicy fillings.
Enjoy one warm bowl of ramen during the class, and take your second serving home to share with your family.
What you will make:

If you don’t eat pork, we can make chicken gyoza instead.
