Starting with a supplied base bandeau, pre-cut and wired, use the fabric of your choice and some ingenuity to create the perfect match, contrast, coordinate, or clash with your Spring Carnival outfit.
Whether worn simply or used as a platform to showcase the perfect silk rose or jaunty bow, maybe add a face veil, the possibilities are many and varied with close guidance.
You'll be in knowledgeable hands. Phillip is currently the staff milliner at the Melbourne Theatre Company and also works for the Australian Ballet.
