Heavenly Morsel is my passion project & gift for Australia's foodies, not a business or commercial cooking school.
An exorbitant amount of time & money is spent on each class whilst keeping our price relatively low & affordable for all. ​
To preserve our high standard of learning, I have generously chosen to limit group sizes to just 8 guests per class for your benefit. This ensures personal attention, a relaxed environment, and the time & space to truly engage with each dish -something large or commercial classes simply can’t offer.
At Heavenly Morsel, we teach a feast of easy, yet high-caliber dishes in an intimate group setting. Guests cook together, sharing tasks to ensure everyone is hands-on with every dish.
No demonstrations in a crowded room —just immersive, practical learning.
Because of the nature and large number of recipes in each class, as well as the fact that this is a group cooking class, it's not feasible for each guest to stand at their own 'station' and cook everything solo - but you will participate in every dish, and go home with generous portions of our entire feast, feeling confident and inspired.
If you prefer to cook every single dish yourself without group collaboration, we kindly recommend booking a private session. 
However, our guests consistently state that Heavenly Morsel offers the most engaging & generous hands-on experience in Australia—especially in terms of the number of dishes taught for such a small group size of just 8 people.
Our signature classes are designed for serious food lovers who want to learn authentic, uncommon Indian recipes you won’t find circulating social media, tv, or elsewhere.
