What to bring
Bring a yoga mat, warm layers or a blanket for the sound bath, a light rain jacket in case of a little drizzle, and sun protection such as sunglasses or a hat if needed. Wear comfortable clothes you can easily move and stretch in.

I’ve helped hundreds of people feel more relaxed and lighter through my movement and sound classes.I use gentle movement, breath, and sound to help you feel more at ease. My classes are simple, easy to follow, and designed to help you switch off, release tension, and truly rest.We’ll move gently, breathe slowly, and unwind with the sound of Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and handpan. The focus is on letting go, calming the mind, and feeling more settled.I look forward to sharing something special with you and creating a beautiful experience together.
