The activity of carving the plate was super relaxing as well, and after they get fired you end up with a beautiful plate. The cats were adorable as well, and liked jumping onto the table for pats and pictures.

There was not much instruction on the tools or technique. More instruction would be helpful for most people.

The studio is beautiful and welcoming, and the cats are absolutely adorable; it's a really fun atmosphere to sit back and create in. Whilst this isn't a typical step-by-step guided class, the carving is incredibly therapeutic and enjoyable. At the start, it's a little intimidating since you can't really undo any marks, but you figure out how to roll with it and adapt your artwork to include all the little "imperfections". Nathan was always there to help out if anyone got stuck or wasn't too sure how to achieve the right shapes, and he made sure to make suggestions and improvements so our plates would come back with our designs vibrant and visible! Would definitely agree with other attendees that the "and sip" portion isn't really what you would expect since it's BYO non-alcoholic drinks, but the vibes and activity do make up for it in my opinion. Overall, this was fab and I would 100% come back and do it again.

The kitties were adorable and added a wonderful chaotic energy to the class. 10/10 for all cat lovers. Nathan was a phenomenal teacher and this class is perfect for beginners and those who may be more experienced.

It was incredibly relaxing and the perfect activity to wind down after an already big day. Nathan was very friendly and accommodating both before and during the class. His explanations were intentional and he let everyone focus at the right time. Highly recommend this workshop.

A bit more interaction from the teacher would have made the experience even more enjoyable. The teacher did not introduce himself at the start, so it was unclear what his name was, and instructions were repeated several times as people arrived. It may have been better to wait until everyone had arrived before beginning the briefing. The music could also have been a little more upbeat to help create a livelier atmosphere. During the session, the teacher was absent in the back area for periods of time; one possible improvement could be for the teacher to participate more actively, demonstrating techniques and sharing ideas to better support participants. Unfortunately, my daughter accidentally broke her plate during the class and was not offered the option of a replacement. It would have been helpful to have the option of a replacement, either free or for a small additional cost. Overall, the class was enjoyable and had great potential, but with a few small changes it could be an even better experience.

Little disappointed that the sip part turned out to be BYO non-alcoholic drink! Maybe should change the name as it’s pretty deceiving, we actually expected something alcoholic considering the name. Can’t wait to see how our plates come out.

My friends car broke down so we both arrived about 20 minutes late and he was so understanding and gave us a run through of what to do. The cats were so adorable and near the end they jumped onto the table so we got some time to pat them. Was a really lovely experience

We received a few tips from the teacher at the start and then were just working on our pieces by ourselves in the company of two cute kitties. The waiting time to get your piece finished by the studio is 4-5 weeks though, which seems a bit too long but maybe it’s different depending on the time of the year. In general it’s very accommodating space! Would recommend
