Knowledge required
Complete beginners welcome. This class is made for fun! We provide everything you need to have a 5 star girl's night or date night, birthday activity or solo experience to meet new people and make friends.
If you "can't draw a stick figure", you're perfect. Come try it out. If you don't like the result, then you can come back and do it again with Eloise (our passionate art-professor)

Suitable for

This class is great for individuals and couples as well as for a date idea, team building activity, Christmas party, birthday or hens party.

Suitable for adults, and kids (minimum 14 years old).

An adult must accompany any attending kids, and must pay for a separate ticket.

Can I bring food?
Yes! Order something delivered, or browse our catering options. We can do grazing boards made from incredible local produce. Antipasti made with Thornbury's Italian and Greek deli's best dips, cheeses, cured meats, fruit. You can customise your catering with a simple direct message to us. We're super proud of our spot on High St in the Inner North. Let us show off the deliciousness of the street!
Can I come on my own?
Yes! We love solo painters. You'll quickly make friends (if you want to), or if you want to focus on your art that's cool too! Whatever you want to do, we're here to make it the best (that's why we keep collecting awards).
I haven't decided on a date/my plans aren't finalised. Can I drop in when the painting starts?
Yep! We have all the facilities for back dating any bookings through Classbento.

The material was great, had a great choice about colors and the host was flexible when it came to changing the canvas size. I learned a new paint technique. I can’t tell if it was good value for money but it doesn’t matter as I had a good night and will come again. I mostly liked the relaxed atmosphere with no awkward small talk or forced conversations, we had some great chats and also focused on our art without talking. Loved it.

Isabel's step by step instructions allowed it to be as basic or as creative as we liked, which was great as it was a mixed group, from kids to adult beginner and intermediate painters. Isabel was a BRILLIANT teacher, guiding us gently, and providing the perfect amount of time to complete each step as well as tips and tricks for individual improvement. We drove an hour to do this and definitely worth it.

Paint With Me in Northcote is one studio. Yep. Just one. We travel all across Victoria for collaborations with wineries, estates, historical trusts, parks, and community orgs for seasonal special events and private parties.
