Guy broke down the mechanics of operating our own cameras into very simple processes and procedures to follow when shooting particular scenes. Throughly enjoyed the small group tutoring as we walked the CBD putting theory into practice (& perspective….). Thanks Guy for the instruction and post session follow up. I would recommend this beginners course to anyone needing to get a better grasp of their camera and its functions. ChrisH

What I appreciated most was Guy's ability to spark creativity in all the participants. Highly recommended! My only regret is not taking this course sooner.

The instructor explained the exposure triangle (ISO, aperture, shutter speed) in a way that actually made sense, and there was a good balance between theory and hands-on practice. The pace was steady and not overwhelming, it’s a great starting point if you're just getting off auto mode and want a practical feel for your camera’s capabilities.

After trying to learn everything from YouTube it was great to finally get face to face with a photography expert and ask all the questions that have been building up. It started with a 60 minute tutorial from Guy before heading out and taking photos in the CBD wilderness. Guy gave great feedback and I'll probably book the intermediate one next.
